We have started EPS / EPP machine manufacturing and business since last 1985 becoming the largest and best machine manufacturer in Korea.
We have been sold our machines to Japan, U.S.A, Russia, China, Poland, Iran, Saudi Arabia, Thailand and more than 30 different countries over the world.
We have got EPS production plant in Slovakia which supplying products to SONY and Samsung for LCD (LED) TV packaging, facade-block insulated products from 2009 and also have EPP production plant in Korea which supply EPP products to GM Korea, Hyundai motors & Kia Motors for Automobile assembly and service market.
We want to extend our overseas market following new developed EPS / EPP Toggle driving type. EPS / EPP Toggle driving type adopt advanced toggle link driving system and able to much save electricity.
Newly developed Toggle link driving system just uses little electricity for driving through reducer.
The strong point of toggle link driving system are summarized that
1. Less power consumption (approx. 3kw/hr) than hydraulic system (around 11kw/hr)
2. Fast driving speed (500mm/sec) that hydraulic system (180mm/hr)
3. Little & easy maintenance time and little consumable parts
4. Eco friendly system without hydraulic oil.
We also developed Vertical type & Shuttle type of EPS / EPP Machine for customer’s special requirements.
We also newly set-up production line for Blow Molding Machine which Continuous type blow molding machine with single / double station and multi-head Accumulate type blow molding machine
